This level 2 Food and Beverage NVQ Diploma is an ideal programme which provides those wanting to develop their skills further in the area of food and drink service an excellent foundation for their career. Suitable for staff which work in a variety of areas of front of house service such as serving customers drink and food, taking payments and demonstrating excellent customer care skills.
Throughout the programme learners will gain a better understanding of food and drink service hygiene, team working and food safety in the workplace, as well as full silver service, cover changes or service sequences, service of hot and cold beverages accompaniments, napkin folds, customer service.
