Can also suit staff that work in a variety of areas of front of house service, serving customers drinks and food and showing customer care skills. Food Service
Throughout this programme learners will gain a better understanding of food service hygiene, team working and food safety in the workplace, as well as full silver service, cover changes or service sequences, service of hot and cold beverages accompaniments, napkin folds, customer service.
Beverage Service
Throughout this programme learners will gain a better understanding of beverage service hygiene, team working, setting up and running the bar for service and dealing with drink stock in the workplace.
