The Sales business unit is a fundamental part of any thriving business and is one of the fastest growing professional groups in the UK whatever your business. The Sales NVQ level 2 is ideal for those who work in a sales environment and have regular and direct contact with their current and future customers. You will learn how to manage and prioritise time for your sales activities and demonstrate compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements for sales. You will also gain the skills to sell products face to face, generate and follow up on sales leads and handle any objections when they arise confidently and efficiently. As part of the programme you will also learn how to identify new ways of working to improve the sales delivery via the team. This qualification is suitable for all Sales or Customer Advisors or anyone wanting to move into this area from any part of the business that can do sales shifts in order to meet competencies.

Candidates will need to achieve the following two NVQ mandatory units:
Manage and prioritise time for sales activities 201(5.4)
Demonstrate compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements for sales activities 202(7.8)And complete the following four NVQ optional units:
Sell products and services face-to-face 203(7.2)
Generate and follow up sales leads 301(7.1)
Handle objections and follow up sales leads 302(7.6)
Input and access data in your organisation’s information systems 211(8.1)Funded candidates will also complete the following:

Key Skill Communication Level 1
C&G Certificate in Contact Centre Sales Level 2 -
