This one day CPD workshop will provide you with all the knowledge you need to create nutrition programmes to complement their work out programmes. You will be assessed throughout the day by tutor observationand at the end of the day will do a short question and answer paper. Prior to attending this course you will need to have completed a REPS recognised nutrition award.
