During the two day intensive workshop instructors will learn how to construct and deliver a client consultation including blood pressure monitoring, body composition analysis and heart disease risk stratification. Discuss when and how to gain consent for exercise from medical professionals and obtaining informed consent from clients. Develop the skills required to conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment with clients.
