This one day practical workshop shows you how to add variety and personalisation to your personal training sessions. You and your client will be able to see marked improvements in their training programme by using functional training and sports specific exercises. The practical skills learnt on the module will be assessed throughout the day by tutor observation and at the end of the day you'll do a short question and answer paper. Prior to attending this course you must have completed a REPS level 3 award.
