This is taught as a combination of distance learning and a five day intensive module. The self-study pack should be completed before the module and handed in during course. A current level 3 certification in advanced fitness instruction and current CPR/HSE approved first aid certification must be completed prior to course. Candidates will need to complete two invigilated exams lasting 1 hour and 45mins 1) predictive hypothetical case study and 2) Theory assessment paper these can be booked at one of our training venues after the module.
