NVQ Level: 3-
The NVQ level 3 Sales programme is ideal for candidates who are looking to progress their role in the sales or customer service area with a view to developing their skills to be a team leader or manager. Sales training is a fundamental part of any sales advisors role in order for them to deliver a high standard of service and be successful in achieving their targets. If you want to know more about leading a sales team or developing the skills within the team such as project management, motivation techniques and sales team management and assessment this programme is ideal.
You will also learn how to lead the team and monitor and evaluate their performance and understand sales techniques in greater detail such as objection handling and closing. You will gain the skills to meet the demands of a sales management role and deliver with increased confidence and expertise. Both you and your team will feel more motivated which will have a positive impact on team performance.

Candidates will need to achieve the following two NVQ mandatory units:
Understand customer service to improve service delivery (301)
Know the rules to follow when developing customer service (302)And complete the following six NVQ optional units:
Organise the promotion of services or products to customers (304)
Organise the delivery of reliable customer service (306)
Improve the customer relationship (307)
Monitor and solve customer service problems (308)
Work with others to improve customer service (311)
Develop your own and others customer service skills (313)Funded candidates will also complete the following:
Key Skill Application of Number Level 2
Key Skill Communication Level 2
C&G Certificate in Customer Service Level 3 -
Programme length currently 6-7 months approx
