Diploma in Personal Training with Referred Populations
The Diploma in Personal Training with Referred Populations has been designed for instructors wishing to work with a range of population groups who will directly benefit from a more active lifestyle. This award will enable you to work with low-medium risk clients outside of a clinical setting as specified in the NHS Quality Assurance Framework for Exercise Referral Programmes. Learn about the interaction of exercise and specific diseases developing your theoretical knowledge to include the ageing population among others. This will also equip you with the industry recognised qualification to work within GP Referral schemes.
This Award is commonly completed in 6-12 months although can be spread over up to 18 months if required.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements as the diploma takes you from the very beginning.
Assessment and Certification
Students will be required to complete theory and case study assessments successful completion will gain the Diploma in Personal Training with Referred Populations.
