There are many ways of gaining CPD credits. This can be achieved by attending REPs accredited conferences, lectures, seminars, trade shows, workshops or training courses. Major employers are committed to the register and therefore to ensuring that all of their Fitness professionals achieve full status on the REPs and have the opportunity to gain the required CPD credits to maintain their status.

Each of the CPD workshops chosen are suitable for both level 2 and level 3 fitness instructors to attend and are designed to improve their knowledge base and practical delivery skills.
