Lifetime currently supports David Lloyd to deliver excellent training programs for it staff. As David Lloyds campus training coach I work closely with Lifetime on the NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 fitness qualification delivery. The courses themselves are government funded and delivered by Lifetime. The obvious benefit of this to us as a business is that it is financially a great option as it frees up finance and resource which enable us to expand our course range in other areas. In working with Lifetime I have found them to be very accommodating in adjusting course content where ever possible to include specific details relating to David Lloyd’s ways of working and brand standards. This means we are not getting a generic off the shelf course, but rather a DLL specific course which communicates and trains staff in key areas of focus.
