Lifetime is the number one training provider in the health, fitness and hospitality sectors – something we like to call ‘active leisure’. We train and develop over 12,000 people a year nationwide – a figure we are proud of as it demonstrates our part in the people and skills development of the industry.

Specialising in working in partnership with employers and government bodies to deliver high quality, industry-relevant training and qualifications, Lifetime helps a wide range of employers in the active leisure sector – ranging from some of the biggest players and most well known brands to single site and regional operators – to develop their businesses through realising the potential of their teams.

Lifetime also offers a growing portfolio of open courses and industry-recognised qualifications to individuals looking to start or progress a career in fitness. Through this division, Lifetime qualifies over 2,000 people a year as fitness instructors, personal trainers or exercise to music specialists. And once they qualify with us, we see them returning as they move through their careers to develop their own expertise with CPDs and further qualifications.
