Founded in 1995 by Heather Frankham, Lifetime is one of the UK’s fasting growing training consultancies for the leisure industry. Specialising in working with leisure organisations to deliver their business through their people. At Lifetime, our own values focus on excellence, professionalism and commitment. These values permeate our whole approach and help achieve desired standards and results for all companies and individuals with which we work.
Lifetime's head office is in Bristol, which includes on site training facilities. Lifetime also have successful training venues in Central London, Tamworth in the Midlands, High Wycombe, Manchester and Edinburgh. Much of the training that Lifetime undertakes is work based and therefore takes place within the workplace throughout the UK.
Lifetime deliver Apprenticeships, Work Based Learning (NVQs), in-house training and open courses including distance learning courses across the fitness and leisure sector.

- Highest grades for any provider in the leisure sector for work-based learning in Adult Learning Inspectorate (ALI) government inspections.
- Lifetime are a founder member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and a Patron of Skills Active.
- Platinum member of FIA Vanguard Council
- Lifetime have a representative on the Technical Expert Group (TEG) of Skills Active and an Associate Inspectors with the Adult Learning Inspectorate (ALI).
- Through the consistent quality of assessment Lifetime have been awarded direct claims status by all 3 awarding bodies in the sector and have independent industry award status with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
- Awarded Cannons Trainer of the Year 2003.
- Only leisure based training provider to hold a National Contract with the National Employer Service (NES) arm of the Learning and Skills Council (LSC).
